At Zalenda, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below.

Returns Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Tags must be intact and items unworn/unused.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Intimates and swimwear
  • Beauty products (if opened)
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Just let us know what you’d like to switch.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Return

  1. Log in to your Zalenda account.
  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the item(s) you want to return.
  3. Follow the steps to generate your return shipping label.
  4. Pack your item securely and drop it off at the nearest courier location.

Return Shipping

  • Returns are free for domestic orders.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
