4. Orders and Payments
- By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price, including taxes and delivery fees where applicable.
- Zalenda supports multiple payment methods (e.g., mobile money, credit/debit cards, bank transfer).
- Orders may be canceled by Zalenda or the seller if payment is not received or product is unavailable.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery times vary based on seller location and buyer address.
- Zalenda is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or customs.
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted only under Zalenda’s Return Policy, which requires proof of purchase and original condition.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, subject to verification.
- Some products (e.g., perishable or intimate items) may not be eligible for return.
7. Seller Responsibilities
- Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, fair prices, and timely delivery.

- Zalenda acts only as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
